Faulty Machine?

Faulty Machine?
My obstructions were already low, just a few a night, I get more hypopneas.  Started using the machine Oct 18 (full bore, no working up to getting used to it).  I had it too tight then too loose, then too tight again, think I might have a good spot but only had it there one night so far.  Anyway, around Nov 21 I started showing no obstructions or 1 for the whole night.
Is it normal for your obstructions to subside like this or is the machine not picking them up?

There is more information here if needed in a post about my first month.

RE: Faulty Machine?
G'day Crispy.

Can you let us know which model Dreamstation you ended up with?

Regarding the disappearing events, this is usually regarded as good news! You would expect that once over the settling-in period your apneas and hypopneas will reduce. So it sounds like the machine is doing its job and preventing you from suffering sleep apnea.

If you'd like a more considered view, upload a recent Oscar daily chart and we can have a look at it for you.
