Feeling Worse
I was Rxed a Resmed 10. I don't have sleep apnea but a partially paralyzed diaphragm. I used machine for a week and felt worse by the day. Got all smiley green faces on my machine. Stopped usage and felt 100% better. Any ideas or suggestions? Back at the sleep center this week to see what they say.

You probably need something with bilevel pressure support (higher IPAP, lower EPAP) to assist with ventilation. Pressure support can significantly reduce respiratory effort, and even do nearly all the effort at higher pressure settings. I think you were on the wrong machine or wrong settings. Resmed machines have EPR (exhale pressure relief). Were you using it?
A better solution may be the Aircurve 10 series from Resmed, or a BiPAP from Philips.
