The mask will definitely take some time to get used to, and that's the hardest part of cpap therapy. If it really isn't working for you, I'd call the DME and tell them that, and with mine at least they'll let you exchange the mask. They even let me trial several nasal pillow masks for a week to see if I liked them. Don't be afraid to ask for what you need, and good luck!
