Thanks, I do deal with some daytime fatigue, unfortunately if I do doze off in a chair, I wake myself coughing or somewhat air starved. I am not a sound sleeper at all, I wake multiple times during the night from back and hip pain. Ive been at current settings for 111 days of 10-18 PS 4.6 with average AHI of 3.65 Before I was at 9-18 PS 5 and AHI was at 8 lol with lots of CA
