Don't look at lows, look at duration below 90%, 88%, 85%, 80%, etc. The more duration and at the lower percents the worse it is. You are spiking low but spikes are not an issue. The first initial evaluation of any 'injury" is ABC, Airway, Breathing, Circulation. Everything else comes after that since these are essential for life. Your Sats are fine, your CPAP is doing it's job there.

That looks like you have less than 1 minute under 90% so honestly, that doesn't look like a real problem. That's good to know.

You have to look at a) how much time you spend below 90%, 88%, 85% etc and b) whether that tends to be for longer periods of time or just quick dips for a few seconds and most of the time you're in a reasonable place.

By the way, you can import that SpO2 data into OSCAR, if you want to. You would need to find the files on your phone's internal storage (the folder is usually called ViHealth) which have the filename in the format of YYYYMMDDHHMMSS (which is Year, month, day, hour, minute, second of the time the recording started) and copy them to your computer running OSCAR. The other option (if you can do so) is to install the O2 Insight Pro software from the Viatom website onto your computer (it definitely has Mac and Windows versions, not sure about Linux) and extract the latest data using that. Either way, within OSCAR, go to Data and choose "Import Viatom Data", then browse to the folder containing the data files (they have no file extension).

Corbeau, it seems that sleep-disordered breathing and oxygen desaturation are well treated by PAP therapy, which means the causes of your fatigue probably lie elsewhere.

The one remaining idea I have on the sleep front concerns reducing your urge to get up and urinate when you wake up during the night. Avoiding liquid intake for at least 3 hours before bed might help, if you don't already do that. And if the urge is slight, perhaps you can just ignore it to see whether you fall back asleep more readily.

I realize your hematologist says your polycythemia is OK. The link I sent you was for primary polycythemia, or polycythemia vera, which as Sleeprider noted is a form of blood cancer. Polycythemia can also be secondary, i.e., caused by some other disorder. Sleep apnea is one such possible cause. Are you OK in the sense that your red blood cell count has come down into a normal range? If not, you might review your continuing symptoms with the hematologist, making sure to mention the sweating and fatigue as well as the fact that your sleep-disordered breathing is being successfully treated.

Just be aware, if the Central Apnea get in the way by increasing, they're treated in opposing fashion than the more common Obstructive based events. If your PAP is doing a good job, then no issues about that.
