RE: Weird Breathing/Shallow Breathing?

same with flow limitations with 95%tile of .11 in post #8. if that's typical & you're feeling reasonably rested, no worries. many of us would be thrilled to see .11 in our own charts.
This was a helpful comment. I'm sorry I never responded.
You're right, my 95% numbers are quite good every night. Going back to last Monday they were:
0.13
0.08
0.02
0.05
0.06
0.11
0.07
0.11
All of these are flow limitations. I've had quite a bit of REM sleep, I think. It looks like this is very consistent with my nightly sleep since I started CPAP on June 4th. It also seems that some of the flow limitation corresponds with leaks. My leak rate can get very high at times and it looks like forces a pressure increase which forces a respiration rate increase.
Regardless, you're right. My numbers are good. I'm picking at an average AHI of 1.36 over the last 30 days and I should be grateful that I have that. Hell, the last 10 days I'm averaging 0.94 AHI. There are people on this board that would kill for that.
