I do not have any expertise in this area of complex apnea (as I only have 'plain vanilla obstructive apnea' ) but am only writing to say, hang on in there and to hope that you get the machine you deserve. Lean on the help and support from all the expertise in this forum to get you the right therapy.
Frustrating though it is, it may be understandable why the medical profession at times make people jump through hoops to get what they need finally especially as the 'need' is the most expensive. It is not only frustrating and 'soul and body' destroying for the sufferer but it appears many others have persisted and have been successful. So hang on in there......
