For anyone wondering if the regular Airsense 10 Autoset includes the "soft" setting for pressure changes, it does. It is under the comfort features. So the only reason to get the For Her model now is the color.

I would call 37 years of marriage a big victory.
At that point you should be running everything at you house. Dishwasher, clothes dryer, vacuum cleaner..................Sleep-well

Your wife is lucky she has you with your knowledge, most folks myself included don't really know anything about CPAP when we first find out we have it. I think my sleep studies outfit had there own DME attached and would of given me anything that would of made them the most $$.
Lucky for me I knew there was a lot of smoke being tossed around , so I found a much better DME. Even if I'm spending someone else money I hate paying too much.

RE: "First" Conversation with the DME
The DME suppliers get very cooperative as long as a preference is expressed. I think the problem is when someone gets issued a brick, and only learn after-the-fact. At that point, everyone is in a conflict.
