New to Sleeping and CPAP but willing to learn

RE: New to Sleeping and CPAP but willing to learn
Thank you for the response DeepBreathing.

I had a few central Aeneas but I think that my AHI of 69.3 had the doctor wanting to ere on the side of caution.

As an update I have gotten my leak % down to 6.1 % thanks to some reading on the board about beards and Simplus masks. Again thanks.

My setting are EPAPmin 6 max 9. PSmin 6 max 11. A little trial and error let me quickly find a minimum for IPAP is 12

I have a follow up in September with the sleep doctor and will ask about trying a pillow mask .
Should be an interesting visit. I will be asking lots of new questions since it is $500/visit.
