RE: How to scratch with a mask on!
I pop the elbow off from time to time, and also sometimes reach under the mask to scratch the itch.
If I get up in the middle of the night, I will turn the machine off, disconnect the mask at the hose and go do my thing. If thirsty, put a straw thru the hole and take a drink. I have a tendency to use a tighter mask and do not have issues with leaks. I flew for Uncle Sam and wore an oxygen mask for quite a while, so that may be the reason.
