What ever you do, do not give up, it takes quite a while for some to get used to  XPAP and it might turn out you might be better off with another type of machine.  Keep trying and if after a good while you are getting nowhere, ask the doctor for advice, he might give you another machine or do some adjustments.  They don't always get it right first time and by what I read, over there they try to do things the least costly way they can first.
I am NOT a doctor.  I try to help, but do not take what I say as medical advice.

Every journey, however large or small starts with the first step.
