First Night with AS10 Auto (Graphs included)

First Night with AS10 Auto (Graphs included)
So last night was my first with the AS10 Auto. Have been using a constant pressure of 14 for more than 11 years now. Was given the machine set to 5-20, I changed it to 9-16 at the suggestions from this board. Turned off ramp and EPR. I think things went well. Felt great this morning. Did have some large leaks, think due to my full beard and side sleeping. Using the Mirage Liberty mask. Should be getting my AirTouch F20 today. Still trying to figure out what everything means in SleepyHead, please let me know if there is anything else to look at. Thanks!

Looks good other than the leaks.... with a beard, you may do okay with a nasal mask if you don't mouth breathe. I would inch the pressure towards 10, but I'm OCD

For auto-cpap, from machine data or software. You can set the min pressure 1 or 2cm below 95%. Or clinicians commonly use the maximum or 95% pressure for fixed pressure CPAP, this can also be used for min pressure.

With pressure at 9-16, EPR off, your event rate is more than satisfactory. The leak graph shows a moderate background leak from the beard, and occasional higher leaks when the mask is displaced. I don't see any reason to change pressures at this point, however if you decide to try EPR then I would offset that with a 0.5 cm increase in the minimum. How is the comfort at these new settings?

Thanks guys! Loving the new settings. After being at a constant 14 (no ramp, no EPR) for so long the 9-10 feels like nothing so I think I will keep EPR off.

Definitely need the FFM as I mouth breathe a lot throughout the night. Hopefully my AirTouch F20 will be here today. I am excited to try that out.

Whew couple large, long leaks last night. Over an hour combined back to back. Bunch of RERAs during that period too. My wife hasn't noticed the leaks and she usually lets me know since it wakes her. Missed delivery on the F20 yesterday. Anxious to try it.

Been out of town the last 5 days. Here are the charts.

Loving it so far! Took a little bit to get used to the AT F20. Still need to work on mask leaks, looking into a different pillow. Think I should tighten up the range at this point? Thanks!
