RE: First SleepyHead Results
Will give that a try, Sleeprider.  Last night I changed my pressure back to what the doctor had prescribed, 8-CPAP with no flex, and AHI went to 9.58.  I had also upgraded my firmware yesterday as well.  I really like the Dreamwear FFM but am concerned about leaks.

Nothing to worry about leaks they look fine unless they are disturbing your sleep

Good chart! Pressure is too low. Did you have a titration study?

RE: First SleepyHead Results
Yes, I had a study back in July.  That was what they came back.  I did forget that they had a c-flex of 3 set too, but I don't think that is going to make any difference.  I was using the P-10 nasal mask for that test.  I changed from it to the FFM since it appeared I was having alot of mouth breathing.

When you change to a FFM often a bit more pressure is needed I would raising pressure by 1cm and see how it goes for a few nights

RE: First SleepyHead Results
Most of the night my breathing looks like what is in the attached chart.  I'm back to wearing my Dreamwear Full Face mask, and a medical type collar which is more rigid than the Calera collar.  It looks like I'm having some sort of obstruction on exhale.  Should I raise my pressure, currently at Fixed 11, or fiddle with the EPR settings?

That's what a mouth leak looks like. Problem is your not showing any leaks plus your using a FFM.  Very strange looking.

It’s strange to me too.  I’m beginning to think I have some sort of physical blockage. I’ve even experienced a clunking type of feeling at times, but only when I’m using my cpap. It’s weird. I’m raising my pressure tonight from 11 to 12 to see if it helps.

During this event, you seem to have found a way to slip the bottom of the mask to your upper lip. "Blockage" does hot appear like this. When looking at a flow chart, inspiration will equal expiration unless there is a leak or shunt in the circuit. Here you are breathing in nasally and out orally. Good call by Walla.
