First Six Months!
#1
Whoo Hoo! It's been six months since I started therapy! I'm 92% compliant according to SH. I feel great! I've lost some weight and my BP is lower. I got new "stuff" too. Should have done this long ago.

Hi Regular Joe,
CONGRATULATIONS! on your first six months and also on the weight loss and getting your blood pressure down.
Yeah, it's good to get new stuff every so often.
Keep up the good work, good to hear you're feeling great.
