You do not have CSR, but look up CSR to view the waxing and waning breathing pattern. This is the breathing pattern of CO2 induced breathing. CSR has a specific cause, and a very high correlation with CHF congestive heart failure,

The zoomed images you had earlier are mixed apnea, you see the typical waxing waning of CO2 induced breathing followed by a very large recovery breath/breathing (gasping) which usually means obstructive apnea. The are of very irregular breathing is an arousal and is awake breathing.
