First few nights - review

Hey guys. I recently got my device, but i keep waking up in the night and having problem falling asleep again. First night i managed to get some decent shut-eye, but the second night i noticed the same pattern as the first. At what feels like one sleep cycle, i wake up and seem kinda awake/stressed. 


My resmed device is currently set to auto on most if not every setting.

Any recommendation is well appreciated.

Your setup is wrong
1 turn the Ramp off, you gain little to no benefit from it. As a minimum no more than 15 minutes of Ramp time. Very few of us use it at all.
2. Set your min pressure to 7. This is to complement the EPR being set to 3. Min pressure should not be lower than 4 + EPR
