First night back (graph)
Well, I'm not sure how that went...5+ hours (good).
Woke up twice with incredibly dry mouth and the mouth being blown wide open by the machine...(think dog with head out the car window). (Humidifer is set to 2)
Slept another hour or so without the mask this morning.
Standard morning sinus congestion...now that decongestants are off the menu.
I've put a graph up...if the resident experts could take a peek, I'd be grateful. If you want a different view, left me know.
