First night with Auto on
#11
RE: First night with Auto on
The DS is so slow, some people finish near fixed cpap pressure
It's up to you and you can change as you want to. you can stay at this for a while and see how it goes.
If it was me, because of the OA, I would now move it to 14, I think that will be close, the OA are evenly spread and don't appear positional by way you are sleeping. But I've been wrong before, evaluate if you bring your chin to your chest, if so A soft foam cervical collar can help
I would raise the max to 18 to get it out of the way.

For auto-cpap, from machine data or software. You can set the min pressure 1 or 2cm below 95%. Or clinicians commonly use the maximum or 95% pressure for fixed pressure CPAP, this can also be used for min pressure.
