I will try reducing the EPR to 1 and see if that changes anything.  I did try a neck brace thing but the one I had gotten caused my neck to break out in hives, so need to look into getting a different one.

OpelRose, just jumping in here, trying to learn. What is it about the OSCAR chart that is telling you that his apneas are positional?

The events are in clusters and not spread out over the complete session.

The apnea show in clumps or bunched together.  Also note, that the pressure rises at the same.  No amount of pressure will help.

Also, linky's Positional Apnea problem is mild compared to some.  

Look over "The Guide" from the Wiki. There are other examples of Positional Apnea.
