Big improvement, congratulations!
Nothing I post is medical advice and should not be taken as such, always consult a medical professional for guidance.

Just an update - things are going pretty well, although there is still quite a bit of daily variation, which is to be expected I believe.

Thanks to everyone here for all your help in optimizing my treatment.

Dennis

P.S. Double thumbs up for the use of a neck collar!!!

Congratulations on the AHI! Interesting that some flow limitation is still present despite EPR 3.

To paraphrase Crocodile Dundee,  "That's not Flow Limit, I've had real Flow Limit!"

Your charts should be required reading for everyone with clustered events!

Here is more clear evidence of the efficacy of a cervical collar (as if it was needed).
Last night I removed mine when I woke just before 4am as an experiment. I actually thought after 2 months of wearing it that I might have learned not to tuck, I didn't.
Notice the cluster of OAs starting around 5:20. 20cmH2O won't fix that (and I've tested), but the collar works a charm and means I can sit at a more comfortable pressure 11.5.

All of this terrific evidence makes me wonder how we could get the attention of the world of sleep doctors and technicians so that the value of collar use could be more widely understood.

There is a study in process as we speak using cervical collar to maintain cervical alignment. Guess what, prelim data is showing that it works. who'd a thought.
