I have kind of given up on this board but for anyone who cares, I am now on constant 15# [I had to ramp up for 10 mins] and aside from the high pressure giving me more leaks I actually achieved a AHI of 6.8 last night and felt quite good today- I feel a bit more optimistic. just wanted to tell someone.
