I think there is a review of it in the Mask Review section. The Fit Life I mean.

I don't have the droopling lids but I do have air that leaks from my tear ducts (or whatever duct it leaks from). Some nights it is worse that others. I use a thick gel eye drop most nights to help with this. There is an eye ointment that I tried but it was a mess! It worked, though! I've not had drooping but I have had puffy, swollen eyes in the morning with a lot of gunk.

My bet is during the night, the air forms pockets under your lower eyelid and is slowly stretching the skin out. It leaks at some point but does it again (this is all assumptions and hypothesis). So when you wake up in the morning, you have the drooping lid. I can see it happening to the upper lid as well.

Thanks Paula. Very helpful reviews. I will be in the US soon, so will order it from there--with return policy. Fingers crossed it will address my issues. A switch from P10 nasal pillows to this one seems daunting, but we'll see.

Just spotted your second post. It's the upper eye lids that are drooping. Should have specified that. What gel eye drop do you use?

Aha! looks like some bits and pieces might be falling into place for you. One of Paula's posts reminded me of something I hadn't thought of before. Do you by any chance suffer from any allergies? My wife who is not a CPAP user does have some significant allergy issues certain times of the year and one symptom is puffiness in the lower eyelids. Just thought I would toss that out.

I use Systane Gel. It is thicker so it stays on longer and can tolerate the air flow longer. I almost always have some left in the mornings.

Oh, just remembered, I did a review of sorts a long time ago. It should still apply. http://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread-Eye-Drops

Eyelid drooping may be a sign of a neurological problem - for example, stroke my cause eye drooping, multiple sclerosis may cause eye drooping.
Might be prudent to check with a neurologist.

I've already suggested neurological, and gave my dad as an example with it. I don't think visitor is ready to hear it.

For auto-cpap, from machine data or software. You can set the min pressure 1 or 2cm below 95%. Or clinicians commonly use the maximum or 95% pressure for fixed pressure CPAP, this can also be used for min pressure.

Thanks for all the feedback. I prioritized trying out the Fit Life Total Face Mask. I have noticed the other suggestions made in this thread. If the mask change does not do the trick (which I'm ordering in discussion with my current specialist), I'll work down the tree of options. Eye specialist excluded allergies. Neurology etc could be the issue, but in view of inconsistent occurrence, I am proceeding with the most likely cause (as indicated by both specialists) first.
