Flow Rate curve, how to tell if there is an issue?

Flow Rate curve, how to tell if there is an issue?
Hi,

Is anyone able to detect issues by observing the flow rate curve? I don't have any other examples to compare with, how does your curve looks like?

I wonder if the curve shows some issue with my settings or my breathing:

Maybe, could we see the full night chart.

The examples you have shown all contain flow limits.

You are working with a very limited pressure range of 7.2 to 8.0 with EPR at 3. There is an error showing that settings are guessed, and this can be fixed by using the menu option Data/Rebuild Data. The close-ups of your respiratory flow suggest some flow limitations or upper airway resistance persists at this pressure range. Since you have maximized EPR, the solution is to allow higher maximum pressure. I think you could stand to let it run as high as 12 cm and see where that takes you in terms of comfort.
