You are working with a very limited pressure range of 7.2 to 8.0 with EPR at 3. There is an error showing that settings are guessed, and this can be fixed by using the menu option Data/Rebuild Data. The close-ups of your respiratory flow suggest some flow limitations or upper airway resistance persists at this pressure range. Since you have maximized EPR, the solution is to allow higher maximum pressure. I think you could stand to let it run as high as 12 cm and see where that takes you in terms of comfort.
