Flow limit is a little high

Flow limit is a little high

Hello.

I have a question. My 95% flow limitation value is higher than 0.10.  You can see my settings in the enclosed photo.

What suggestion would you make to help bring it down?

Thanks.

Tell me about what you are using for a pillow? Something firm?, Tall, perhaps two pillows?

Medium firm, foam filled, king size pillow.  I use a ResMed Quattro full face mask and always sleep on my sides.  I have an adjustable bed frame so I slightly incline the head area of the bed when I sleep.  Before I bought the adjustable bed frame I would put a comforter on the bed and my pillow on top of that because I like to sleep at a small incline with my head slightly higher and sleeping flat on a mattress doesn't feel comfortable to me.

Thanks.

OK
I'd like you to trial a smaller, less firm pillow. I don't care about the incline as long as it is not affecting your cervical alignment.

Why? Because I'm suspecting the flow limits are somewhat positional and thus causing a slight obstruction by elevating your head. In other words I'm suspecting you are tilting your head toward your chest

Wondering if this is an issue that I am having with my flow limit as well. I will try to use one of my thinner pillows or just my cervical roll on my mattress.

Please post your cu=ENT screenshot in your own new thread and we can see if this is likely your issue.
