Flow rate explanation
I was just wondering what causes these clusters to appear?  I do wear a cervical collar. Is it possible it could be from rem sleep?  I see my FL were very high last night.
Any ideas or suggestions would be helpful, thanks.

RE: Flow rate explanation
can't answer your specific questions other than to say sometimes my flow limitations (hypopnea, oa's, snoring, clusters) vary because my collar is too loose or tight. usually loose. other times I think it's just the way my brain/body acted that night due to something from that long list of things that effect sleep quality (sick, tense, spicy food, alcohol, temperature, noise....)

while you're waiting for someone more experienced to chime in, I notice your 95% and max pressure are equal. personally I'd try max 14 and incrementally nudge max pressure up if you see an improvement.

RE: Flow rate explanation
If it were me I'd bump the minimum and maximum pressures up 1cm and increase the EPR from 2cm to 3cm.

Walla Walla would you make this change based on this one night or would you see if the same pattern continues?

I'd make the change based on the flow limitations I'm seeing.

Walla Walla and Sleeprider I very much respect your advice.  You have helped me many times in the past.
I will make the changes you recommend.   I am posting a few more days to see if you see the same patterns.

Could be due to REM, or due to supine sleeping, or ….  The bottom line is that your OSA is not effectively treated - you need higher pressure.
