There is no need to change it for DST or travel.

It didn't adjust automatically. That's the problem.

It won't adjust automatically.

Just set it to standard time and leave it alone.   The time on the machine makes no difference to your therapy or compliance.

My Respironics machine doesn't have a clock. It relies on software like SH. All I have to do is adjust the software. Not sure if Resmed does the same.

IIRC Respironics machines do have a clock (as will any computing device). But with Respironics it is set at the factory to UCT (GMT) and can't be re-set by the user. It requires a priest technician with arcane knowledge and a secret bit of software to make the adjustment. The clocks can drift over time, which is why #SleepyHead has a function to correct for time drift.

My problem is too many darn machines change for daylight savings time when I don't want them to. I live in AZ and we do change our clocks, just time zones. Good news is we are always GMT-7

The real question is why are we still changing the time when it's a thing of the past and it's totally pointless and annoying.

And the winner is............

JasWilliams.

Wait 'til after 1300. Before you use the APAP for that day, wind the clock back.  Dancing

Whooo hoo the reason being is the resmed day runs from noon to noon and if there is any data in the resmed day then the clock can not go backwards.
