Follow up on my OSCAR readings please
Been on CPAP for 2 months after diagnosed of severe sleep apnea (AHI = 56)

There have been very few nights where I felt refreshed and rested, but not lately.

I'm not rested after the last few nights. Any thoughts on the data?

Do you think i should crank up the pressure or anything else i should look at ?

Thanks in advance

Your pressure is bouncing around and you are showing RERAs. But your numbers are excellent. I would bump your min pressure up by one BUT, you have to critically analyze how you feel and choose which is better.

On another machine, I would have you bump up your pressure support a little.
