Four month anniversary coming up

Four month anniversary coming up
Almost 4 months now with my brick and hose. I was in pretty bad shape when I started. I am definitely feeling better now. Thanks for all the advice and support so far to get me to this point. Every day gets a little bit easier to sleep through the night without the hose annoying me. Just wanted to say thanks to everyone that helped me.

I'm glad you stuck with it. It took me quite a few months to get used to it, too. But is it ever worth it. I hope I never have to go back to the miserable existence of living with untreated sleep apnea.
