Full Mask improvement (progress)

First night of full mask
Leak rate zero
ahi 13
did not have any feelings of claustrophobia or breathing issues
after a few nights of use i will download sleeprider data
slept 3 hours now back to bed
if HIGH AHI CONTINUES HIGH I WILL WORK WITH PILLOW AND ADJUST
PRESSURE

PLEASE GIVE COMMENTS.

with humidifier
Elite model
switch to full mask
pressure set at 13.8
overweight 237 (was 262 dieting) age 63.5
scored 40 ahi test in hospital so severe apnea
sleep 4 hours and wake up then can not get back to sleep
leak rate 28 or higher

I'm not sure our member Sleeprider will appreciate your downloading his data, but I'll let him chime in on this lol! On a more serious note it will be helpful if you could post screenshots of your data on #SleepyHead when you get a chance to do this. Kudos on the weight loss!!

Sleepy head is the software. I need a bigger sample size to display
results. I am not downloading someone else's sleep data.

I will loosen mask (might be too tight) and adjust pressure

I also just have 2 pillows taped together so i will work on that too.
