Did that...

Do you have any access to another ClimateLine hose or having yours tested on another AC10?

Tried that...You are right...sometimes it's the simplest things..Didn't work this time, but it may have...

Bonjour:
It is a used machine with only 3900 hours. I did the factory reset and entered the data. Removing the leak alert did make available the Smart Start, but the Climate Controls are not available. Had received the clinicians manual, thanks.

Turned "ON" Airplane Mode.

After all I've done thus-far the climate control options should have materialized. I get no hose attach confirmation pop-up when connecting the hose. I don't think it's being recognized.

Otherwise it is preforming just fine and I will be using it.

Again,
Thanks

Did you get a copy of the Clinicians Manual?

Yep, have the clinicians manual and it turned out that having the leak alarm set was causing the Smart Start to be greyed out...Thanks Again

Did canceling alarms ungray your selections?

I still think a reset and Airplane mode for a used machine are a good idea.

Thanks for looking in on that and mentioning here in this thread...Big help..!
