RE: Getting Started with a Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset
As you state, the CA's aren't high enough to qualify for an ASV. And I honestly don't know if it would help.
It may treat the CA's, but you still might find yourself still waking alot, as we can't really say that the CA's are causing your sleep disruptions.

RE: Getting Started with a Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset
Can you be more specific other than "I'm feeling awful"?
You did go away for 10 days and was unable to use your cpap. That could be part of the problem. If I couldn't use my machine for 10 days, I would be a zombie!
Your headache could be from low O2 levels.
Which mask are you using? Maybe go back to using the Full Face mask.
The strange thing I see on your graphs is that your expiration is always less than your inspiration. I believe it should be the opposite. Do you notice or have trouble exhaling?
Your CA's haven't changed much at all since you started therapy, but when looking back at your first charts posted, you actually did better with EPR 3. I think at this point, strive for comfort, not numbers.

Really bad headaches, no energy, and brain fog.
I've been unable to do anything all day and have had to cancel a dinner with my partner and her friend because I just don't have the energy. (and this caused a bit of an argument too.) It seems this problem has been going on for so long and nothing seems to be fixing it.
I've been using the pillows. I'll try the full face mask again tonight.
No, I haven't noticed this or find it difficult to breath out. What could the impact and cause of this be?

I haven’t tried it with EPR set to 1 but here is a nights data when I turned it off.
RE: Getting Started with a Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset
As expected, without EPR CA events were reduced, but flow limitation greatly increased. As I suggested before, the central events are often less disruptive than the flow limits and consequential pressure fluctuations. If you want to try something different, we can try a fixed pressure with EPR 1 and see what falls out. If you want to try, use minimum pressure 8.0, maximum pressure 8.0 and EPR 1.
