You might want to ask your doctor to refer you to an Endocrinologist? There could be other factors going on with you. Even lack of Vitamin D can cause symptoms of extreme tiredness.

I just had my physical on St. Patrick's day. All blood work was fine, diabetes under control.

Last night AHI was 2.0, had breakfast fell asleep for 4 more hours. (Took 200 mg, Modafinil at 8 am.)

Hope the ASV machine helps me.
