Good and bad news [AHI and Leaks]
I will start with the good news

1- AHI down to 2.2
2-  not quite so tired

Bad
1- mask leak 20+.

—is it possible to have low ahi and large mask leak?

2- waking up 4-5 times per night
Happens furing deep sleep- keeping waking out of deep sleep- according to sleep cycle app .

Able to get back to bed within 30 min

Why is this happening.

I switched from Cpap power 9 to autopap
10-13.  Average level is 11.1.

Is this doing it?
Should I up pressure?

Have rls -is this doing it?

On Anti-Depressants for many years

What can I do to fix this ?

Unfortunately, I'm not sure if a whole lot can be deciphered until you post some sleep reports via Sleepyhead. You may have done so elsewhere, but your info seems scattered over several different threads, making it difficult to follow progress.

The leak rate isn't yet over 24 according to your info. Going by that, your reported AHI may be accurate. Regardless, leaks should be taken care of as best as you can. IMO higher leak rates affect accuracy of reported AHI.

RE: Good and bad news
Dave is wisely correct; we can't be of practical help unless we see some charts.  Even just one of them will tell us what happened that night, although more of them might show a pattern that is ultimately revelatory.

When you say you are being awakened from deep sleep, how do you know this?  Were you dreaming at the time?  I often awaken after a dream, so if I am the least bit typical, especially of people later in their lives, it is common to awaken after a dream if just to turn over, belch, head to the toilet, scratch one's nose (tricky half asleep and wearing all the facial apparatus we wear), etc.

The charts, if you post some, will tell us how often your leaks happen, what else is a co-eventuality, and how severe and prolonged the leaks actually are.  SleepyHead shows them in the charts.

We need concrete data!  Smile

Mouchet:

For  your mask leaks ,you can buy or make liners (old t - shirt ) ,it might help. For all your other questions , like Dave said, you have to download SleepyHead for the pro's to help you !

Mouchet, Tried to read one of your earlier charts but much of the data was not displayed.

Please follow the instructions on how to arrange your charts on the link below. Also there is a link describing how to post.
If you follow those instructions it will allow us to see the complete picture and advise accordingly.

Mouchet, it might be that you are just a bit sensitive to the machine rising in pressure (though it is not rising that much) or it could be something else..
Give it a week or two to see if this settles down.
You need to try if [url=https://OSCAR Official Download Page ----> CLICK HERE ./?TestingVersions]Sleepyhead[/url] your machine has a data card and is compatible.
To see what is going on.

RE: Good and bad news [AHI and Leaks]
Ok so, here is a week of data.

The only change was last night went back to full face mask.
Dr. said that would prevent tongue from falling back and waking me up.
most recent to least recent.
Does that sound right?
Anything to note about data?
Also is this the correct data?

The most unusual thing is the respiration rate of breathe in and breathe out. Sometimes it stays level at 3-4 but other times it jumps to 8 or even 9. If I am not breathing why is AHI not higher?

Here is a sample...

RE: Good and bad news [AHI and Leaks]
You need to switch your mask setting on your machine from pillows to full face mask if that's what your using. The pillow settings will show higher leaks than there really are if your using a Full face mask with pillow settings.

OK I missed that you just went back to a full face mask last night. If you were using a pillow mask prior to that you probably were having mouth leaks. You might want to mention the mask type in the future or update your profile as needed.

Try not to lie on your back when sleeping.  Easy to say I know, it is worse with a Full-faced mask, but your tongue will offer to fall back if you are on your back.
I find I am better on my side with a good chin strap using Nasal Pillows than with a Full-faced mask.
Though I do wake up on my back, I turn over to my side immediately and go back to sleep.
I usually have to take a sip of water as a small amount of air will have escaped through my mouth drying it out.
If you change your mask type, male sure your machine is set for the mask type.
