Resmed airsense 10 and wisp help
Quote:I am using a resmed airsense 10 autoset with a wisp nasal mask. Tried pillows but irritated my nose. With the wisp , my nose starts to itch and I have to remove and sometimes take it off at night.  Any recommendations on settings I can adjust or advise
ive been using this setup for about 5 weeks. Only getting bout 4 hours sleep and causing 
a lot of daytime fatigue. Newly diagnosed with sleep apnea.

Perhaps you might try a mask liner to provide a layer between you and the mask. Just Google - there are a number of them.

You might test if it could work by placing some soft tissue or cloth between you and the mask.

Hi Saxmann,
WELCOME! to the forum.!
You might try a pillows mask, (such as the AirFit P10,) and use a larger pillow size than you think you’ll need for a better seal.
You will be able to scratch your itches with this type of mask much easier.
The pillows should lay at your nostrils instead of going into them.
Hang in there for more ideas and good luck to you with your CPAP therapy.
