RE: Got New Data!!!!
Get the leaks under control and increase your max pressure to 15. Could be mouth breathing...what mask are you using?

RE: Got New Data!!!!
DreamWear, not nostril pillows but it just kinda cradles under the nostrils
RE: Got New Data!!!!
You have both Obstructive events and clear airway/central events.
You need to enable the CA in the events chart so they show up and show us when.
This provides an issue on how to deal with it.
Rule of Thumb (ROT) says to increase pressure (EPAP, exhalation pressure supports obstructive events) but the presence of CA events say to lower pressure (IPAP, inhalation pressure). Easy enough to do on a BiPap/BiLevel machine.
What we want to do is reduce Flex because that will increase EPAP in support of the obstructive events.
We also want to reduce the IPAP pressures by less than what we reduce the Flex by.
I'll suggest a range of 10.5 - 13, with a reduction of Flex by about 1. This should drop the max pressure (IPAP) by .5 and increase the EPAP by .5

RE: Got New Data!!!!
@lsat & bonjour..........trying to get to a happy medium using both of your suggestions.
My machine has these FLEX setting- A-Flex, C-Flex and OFF
Also FLEX 1,2 and 3.
Min 11
Max 13.5
Mode setting is AUTO, but can also be C Check, CPAP
Using both of your awesome suggestions, where is the happy medium. I want to honor both suggestions.
RE: Got New Data!!!!
Got to admit, very comfortable wearing mask which makes me comfortable with moving alot. I am noticing leakage due to me moving alot. I tightened up my velcro straps a little bit
RE: Got New Data!!!!
You cannot do both, but what is your Flex setting currently.
RE: Got New Data!!!!
My input for what it's worth is do what bonjour says.
RE: Got New Data!!!!
A-Flex at 1 is the min A-Flex setting, thus cannot do what I proposed. What we can do is narrow the range a bit.
Try 11.5 - 13, .5 off the top and the bottom. I know that you are hitting the max, but that is ok if we are controlling the numbers.
Also suggest that you post weekly, and with a thumbnail, as that will enable us to narrow in the the charts with issues quicker.
