I just started using the ResMed Swift FX, and I love it. It's light, comfortable and well designed. It's has a swivel attachment that connects to an extremely flexible short piece of hose that goes between the swivel and the main supply hose. You can move from side to back to side without loosing the pillow seal because the swivel moves with you. I also use it in conjunction with the climate line tubing which provides a very comfortable 80 degree temperature with no rain-out. I highly recommend the ResMed Swift FX. My previous mask was a Repironics Opti-life which I thought was good until I tried the Swift FX

Go to the Reviews section and read the reviews of the nasal pillows.

I use the Breeze and love it. I hated the Swift although I used it for years.
