RE: Got new data for all
I looked at the last one, I'd set the pressure 11-15 on that chart and see how it goes for a few days

For auto-cpap, from machine data or software. You can set the min pressure 1 or 2cm below 95%. Or clinicians commonly use the maximum or 95% pressure for fixed pressure CPAP, this can also be used for min pressure.

it is nice to see those numbers sometimes reach into the AHI of 3 to 4 range.  And only one night above the 9 region!

agreed it is the next logical step to go get a little more pressure.

if mine, I would try 11 thru 13.5 for 4 to 7 days, and then bump up to 12 thru 14.5 for 4 to 7 days.

we would see a difference, I think.

p.s. remember there have been others that have been helped by a soft cervical collar.  I am not sure if you said you might try that as well.

My wife says that it sounds like the air is pushing in but there is none coming back out. Can anybody please explain what might be happening? She doesn't think I need this therapy. She says she has to push me so that I can blow out some of the air.

The sleepy head data shows you are exhaling. The machine does not have to work so hard during exhale so it is much more quiet.

She is claiming Im not exhauling. Funny thing is she snores loud all the time. It doesn't mean she has sleep apnea. I feel much better using the machine and I am not as tired. I previously had my pressures lower and got an AHI in the 3.4 range. Could I be getting too much pressure?
