Mask or Two?

Mask or Two?
I have been using the CPAP for about a week or so successfully but there is still much to work out. I have been trying to figure out between 2- which full face mask is the best for me along with checking the data. One problem with one- the Airfit F10 which I like the best, I can not wear glasses and watch TV as I go off to sleep. The other is the Resmed Quattro FX.
Is there an immediate problem with this "switching" until I can decide, or is this a common practice at the beginning? I sleep with about the same results with both of them.

I would appreciate any thoughts you might have. Be Blessed.

I don't see a problem with switching between masks, but you should try one for a week or more, then switch. This way you will have a better feel for the mask. Take notes as to how they feel, check it against the data you see on SleepyHead, especially leaks, and then decide what works best for you.

One thing you want to watch for is leak rate. You can check your progress by downloading the free Sleepyhead software.

You are aware that most sleep doctors do not recommend that you watch TV just before going to bed? It actually makes it harder to wind down to sleep. Not telling you what to do...just mentioning it. It's called Sleep Hygiene.
