Graphs switched off?

RE: Graphs switched off?
Same problem also. How do I reboot the S10 machine? Just unplug and plug back in? I’m pretty sure that the last day of data was the day I moved the S10 into a spare bedroom to video tape my sleep.

RE: Graphs switched off?
I am having a similar problem. OSCAR imports the data, as evidenced by the complete information on the left-hand summary pane, but graphs are switched off, so no graphs are displayed. When I import oximeter data (Wellue Chekme O2 max), those graphs show up, but no CPAP graphs are shown. The drop-down on the bottom right shows only 4 graphs available from the oximeter import, no CPAP graphs available. I am using a Resmed Airsense 11,Windows 10 and OSCAR 1.5.1. I have tried rebooting the CPAP, but that did not help.

Hi OldDoc! - Welcome
Based off your description, is the SD card in the CPAP when you are using it? If not, then that's your problem. Unless you have the SD card in the CPAP while it is in use, only summary data will be collected.

The summary data will be displayed on the daily left hand side bar while the detailed data is required for graphing.
I have Resmed AirSense 10 with no detailed graphing data, but there is valid summary data.

This will produce the same results that you have.

RE: Graphs switched off?
The SD card is absolutely in the CPAP machine throughout the night. This morning I looked at the SD card after a night's sleep, and there is an appropriate folder present in the DATALOG folder, but there are no files in there! Yet,, when I import the card data OASCR shows last night's summary data, but no graphics. This is a new problem, as I have been using OSCAR successfully for several years until about a week ago. I have tried reinstalling OSCAR, robooting my CPAP, but nothing helps.

RE: Graphs switched off?
SD cards can, and do, go bad at the drop of a hat.  Not writing to the card is a sign that this could be the problem.  Try replacing the card with a blank one to see if that is the problem.  I'm hoping that it is a bad card, because it only gets more expensive if it isn't.  If you use a new card, you will not need to do anything prior to its use.  They come from the factory preformatted.  Since you are using an AS11, card size shouldn't be an issue either.  The AS11 has been tested up to a 128GB card without any problems.  You don't need any size over 4GB, but finding one that small is next to impossible.  Get one that is the most cost affective.

RE: Graphs switched off?
I just slow-formatted a 4GB SD card, put it into my CPAP and took a nap - and it worked fine when I transferred the data into OSCAR. It looks like you were right - it was the card. Thank you for your advice and support.
