Unfortunately I did not find this forum and its recommendations of the Resmed untill after the purchase of the Dreamstation.... but...... this is the unit I will leave at work (28 day rotation) and I have purchased a Resmed for use at home and will start its use in a couple of weeks.

I will make your recommended changes this evening and post an updated screenshot before I return home.

Thanks again for the helpful advice
Archer

Archer, on the Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset, I think your settings should be 8 to 16 with EPR 3 full time. The EPR is what will treat the flow limitations and help with hypopnea.  I anticipate a higher minimum pressure may be more optimal, but since the machine will quickly respond to your needs, you may not need to push the minimum pressure setting.

RE: Greetings
Thanks for the suggested resmed settings also.
Attached is my latest screen shot after making the suggested changes ( pressure 8 - 14, Ramp to 0, Flex set to 1) I do not seem to sleep as soundly at these settings but it could also be external reasons for that (loud work environment).
I am also having some episodes of mouth breathing but that has happened before also.
