RE: Guide PDF format
Go to this website and plug in the URL to the Guide:

http://pdfcrowd.com/#convert_by_url

It will convert any webpage to a PDF for you and let you download the resulting PDF file. It will be several megabytes in size.

The URL to paste in there is:

Code:
http://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.php?title=Beginner%27s_Guide_to_SleepyHead

Keep in mind, that will capture only the current version of the SleepyHead Guide.

CutePDF print a web page as a PDF file. Install the free CutePDF program. Then, when you print the page from your web browser, one of the choices will be CutePDF. Print to that and you'll end up with a PDF file.

Get the free SleepyHead software here.
Useful links.
Click here for information on the main alternative to CPAP.
If it's midnight and a DME tells you it's dark outside, go and check it yourself.
