HeavyB,
You may want to try the SleepyHead software, link at top of page. This will help you get the most information to gauge your therapy.

It is in AutoSet mode, and the DME guy set it to 4-20. I changed it from 4-12 for a couple days, but it didn't seem to make any difference. It seems to self adjust to 11 when I check every morning. I will update my profile.

HeavyB, it would be a lot better if we could look at an example of the daily detail data. This tutorial shows what we're looking for, whether you post the image as an attachment or from Imgur image hosting http://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.php...pnea_Board

My hunch is you would benefit from higher minimum pressure. 7 or 8 looks correct based on the summary data. 4.0 is pretty useless, and might not be comfortable as you first begin at night.

Your leak rate looks okay based on average rate. The 95% leak rate is always high, and again, we can't tell much from the summary data, but the daily details will show the amount and duration of leaks, and whether they are contributing to events.
