HDM Z1 Settings
#1
I had my Z1 replaced under warranty and the new one they sent was not set to the proper pressure. I go the Clinician manual here, but when I try to enter the pressure settings is says CPAP-LOC. I called HDM support and they say they will tell my DR how to change the settings. Huhsign Anyone here know how to get it unlocked?

Hi dufferz,
WELCOME! to the forum.!
I don't know the answer to your question but hang in there there are a few people who have that machine here.
Much success to you as you continue your CPAP therapy and with getting your HDMZ1 set up.

HDM Z1 manuals are available by following the directions on this page http://www.apneaboard.com/adjust-cpap-pr...tup-manual

Quote:If you would like one of the manuals listed above, please send an email to: apneaboard@gmail.com and put "Setup Manual" (without the quotes) in the subject line. Then, let us know in the body of your email which of the listed manuals you would like us to email to you. It is best if you copy the exact manual name from the above list and paste it into your email to make sure you receive the correct manual.

When you get to lock screen, hold both up and down arrows simultaneously. The CPAP-LOC warning will go away and the pressure setting now will be blinking. Change to desired setting. Then press both arrows simultaneously to save.

Hubby figured it out. Smile
