HELP with no data

After I have downloaded from my SD card and I click on the "detailed graphs" it comes up No detailed data available.

This problem happened about a month ago.

That is if I look at 3rd October's data, I can read the detailed graph

Is it due to a setting that I may need to change ??

Help would be great before I make a phone call to resmed

No detailed data means, "all available data" not selected during download as shown here


Also SD card stores 30 days of detailed data and 7 days of flow data, its good idea to download at least once a month or even better once a week so no detailed/flow data is lost
