[CPAP] AHI variance
#1
AHI variance
Just when I thought I had it, I clocked 8.5 sleep (with no Ambien) but my AHI was 9.22! Why does AHI varies so much? What can I tweak?
I am reluctant to tweak pressure because my sleep center also monitors me. Maybe, I should set my machine Auto mode, after all why not?

RE: AHI variance
Your driving a car stuck in first gear. Put it in Auto raise your max pressure to 20cm and let that machine show you what it's got.

It's your health not the sleep center's!
