I'm not a doctor in real or fictional life. My posts include opinions based upon user experience regarding CPAP therapy and should not be considered medically professional direction or advice. Even a 1,000 mile trip requires a good first step. My recommended first steps include getting good walking shoes, 1 great cup of coffee, and a good GPS.

See 'ya later 2017...   Wave

This has to be one of the strangest years in quite a long time. 2018 will have to do a lot to top the craziness of 2017.

Out with the old, in with the new.  May 2018 be a wonderful year for us all.

Thank you to all of you who given your time to help others.  So many of us would be completely lost without you.....

I started 2018 off with an AHI of 1.38, a new low.......

Happy New Year........

Didn't have to stay up for the ball drop. Neighbors lit off 'cannons' of fireworks right at midnight. Oh-jeez

My first import of data showed Summary Only so I imported it again. I did my usual AHI.

I wanted to learn Binary so I enrolled in Binary 101. I seemed to have missed the first four courses. Big Grinnie

Yes Alan, round is a shape. Me thinks there's a few in that kind of shape, including me.
