RE: Happy U.S. Independence Day
This is the homemade Italian seasoning I mentioned in the cauliflower pizza crust recipe I posted.

Homemade Italian Seasoning

I think this Italian seasoning has a lot more flavor than most commercial seasonings. Using a mortar and pestle on most of the ingredients to reduce their size slightly would probably help bring out the flavor.

1 1/2 Tbsp dried oregano

1 1/2 Tbsp dried onion flakes (be sure to use onion flakes and not onion powder)

1 Tbsp dried basil

1 tsp dried, crushed rosemary

1 tsp dried, crushed fennel

1 tsp smoked paprika (regular will work, I just love smoked)

1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp dried thyme

1/4 tsp sea salt

Combine and mix ingredients well. Place seasoning in a sealed container.

Use desired amount anywhere you would normally use Italian seasoning.

I use FlashPAP to load data from a FlashAir III wifi sd card in my machine to my computer and display it with SleepyHead .
