Subtle positive mood changes, just my imagination?

I thought about it and have found the same. The effects were subtle, but I definitely seem less irritable and depressed since starting therapy. And the days that I somehow screw up my treatment seem immeasurably worse: sleepy, irritable, and depressed.

Am I imagining things? Placebo effect?

Nope. It's real.

When I have a bad night, I'm a grumpy bastard the next day.

Happily, I have little human contact at work unless I want to get up and go find someone, so a bad night just means a lot of coffee and "Unless you hear fire tricks in front of the building, leave me alone"
