Has anyone else started waking up in the middle of the night since they started CPAP?

When it comes to taking OTC sleep aids, it can be very hit & miss. That, and the fact that we can tend to react differently to them than others seem to do.

Again, age comes into play as well. Some of us seem to handle certain aging prospects better than others. Although I do tend to complain @ times, overall, I really don't have much to complain about, compared to others I know.

I'm only on one medication right now, and that is a high blood pressure med. I know of some that take a cocktail mix of meds each & every day. One individual I know, his cost is a bit over $425.00 per month for his medications. Mine is under $2.00 and is good for a three month supply.
